Dr Leslie Ellis teaches online courses on dreams and treating nightmares that I can really recommend. She also offers online 1:1 therapy.

Currently there are many people around the globe reporting “Covid-19 dreams”, which reflect the unexpected and somewhat uncontrollable situation in which we now all find ourselves. The International Association for the Study of Dreams keeps a web page updated on articles and research about dreams during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Harvard medical school psychologist Dr Deirdre Barrett is collecting a dream survey during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has written a short book about her findings last year, and the survey is still running. If you want to help her, fill out your dreams! Link to survey
